Monitor all pickup requests, return processes, verify lost items, claims, proof-of-delivery documents, monitor via spreadsheets and communication systems with drivers, and manage the client’s integrated system.**Requirements** -------------- \- Completed high school education \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level) \- Strong typing and systemic data entry skills \- Preferably prior experience in logistics routines \- Knowledge of transportation operational processes**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Monitoring deliveries and pickups via integrated systems and/or direct contact with drivers en route; 2\. Conducting active and passive monitoring of routes in progress; 3\. Overseeing dispatch and vehicle inspection within the SVC facility; 4\. Completing daily operational controls with relevant information about operations; 5\. Managing delivery performance to consistently meet operational SLAs; 6\. Communicating effectively with drivers; 7\. Using the internal transportation/fiscal system to record payments to contractors; 8\. Complying with operational procedures and adhering to DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
