Responsibilities * Provide active customer support by delivering clear and accurate information about transportation services, clarifying doubts, and ensuring an excellent customer experience; * Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure all transportation operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established standards; * Continuously monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, contributing to the optimization of commercial processes and achievement of targets; * Use CRM tools to organize, monitor, and nurture qualified leads, ensuring a continuous and efficient prospecting process. Requirements * Completed high school education (higher education preferred) * Prior experience in commercial or administrative routines, preferably in transportation companies or logistics operators. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and proficiency with management systems (TMS, ERP). * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability. * Collaborative, proactive profile with a sense of urgency.
