Vendor and staff support **Responsibilities:** * Control and organization of construction project documents (contracts, invoices, progress measurements, reports, etc.) * Data entry and verification in internal systems (timesheets, requisitions, invoices, purchase orders) * Requesting and tracking purchases of materials and services * Administrative inventory and construction supplies inventory control * Preparation of administrative reports and control spreadsheets * Vendor, staff, and headquarters-related support * Management of correspondence and physical/digital filing. **Requirements:** * Residence in Leme/SP * Availability to start immediately * Completed high school education * Experience in administrative roles.
