Management of cleaning and hygiene supplies The General Services Assistant (GSA) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining environments, ensuring that spaces are always hygienic and organized. Duties include sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces and glass, and collecting garbage. The GSA also handles restocking hygiene supplies and organizes restrooms and kitchens. Additionally, the GSA must maintain cleaning products and tools, respond to organization requests, and manage inventory of necessary work materials. Cleaning restrooms, dining areas, and other common areas, as well as sanitizing floors, walls, handrails, doors, etc. Collecting general and recyclable waste, prioritizing selective collection to support environmental preservation.
