Process Analyst

This Process Analyst position places you at the center of strategic decisions, offering strong exposure to leadership and direct impact on business results. We seek a candidate with a systemic vision to map, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring standardization, scalability, and governance. You will collaborate with key departments to support process transformation and digitalization. * Serve as the technical reference for production processes; * Define, review, and standardize process parameters; * Conduct process start-ups and validations; * Analyze deviations related to quality, productivity, and scrap; * Propose and implement continuous improvements in processes; * Provide technical support to production teams; * Perform root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans; * Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality, and occupational safety; * Collaborate with operational areas to enhance productive efficiency; Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical degree in Plastics or related field. * Solid experience as a Process Analyst or similar role. * Experience in continuous improvement projects, process review, and standardization. * Advanced analytical capability and strong orientation toward data and results. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Certifications in TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. * Knowledge of quality tools: PDCA, DMAIC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys; * Experience in environments with structured corporate governance.
