If you are proactive, organized, and enjoy performing warehouse routines, this opportunity is for you! We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities include performing activities related to the Warehouse Department, such as recording transactions, controlling inventory, receiving goods, and supporting production. If you identify with this position and wish to join a motivated and continuously evolving team, apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitoring and managing third-party services (e.g., waste collection); * Storing and recording incoming Components and Manufacturing Materials into the warehouse, as well as separating and recording their outgoing movements; * Supplying the factory according to the raw material replenishment flow at the point of use; * Responding to and fulfilling user requests promptly by providing requested materials and parts; * Forwarding documentation for transaction entries related to batch opening and closing; * Cutting raw materials, separating semi-finished materials and packaging to fulfill production orders; * Executing standard procedures for requesting raw materials, manufacturing materials, consumables, components, and semi-finished products; * Ensuring warehouse inventory accuracy; * Identifying, segregating, and/or appropriately routing components, manufacturing materials, finished goods (purchased/returned), goods returned from external services, and generally received materials—complying with applicable procedures, records, and controls; * Collaborating with other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives for internal customers; * Organizing material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability, according to each material’s specific characteristics, while facilitating location and handling; * Organizing cutting and separation areas for materials, ensuring optimal use of scales, cutting machines, tools, measuring instruments, and proper completion of routine maintenance logs; * Dispatching products to carriers/customers with appropriate documentation; * Entering relevant warehouse-related information (e.g., material receipt, release for storage and/or inspection upon receipt, deductions against Production Orders) into the computerized system; * Receiving and physically inspecting all types of inputs, raw materials, and semi-finished goods intended for final product manufacturing and customer commercialization (imported). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required qualifications:** * Elementary education. **Preferred qualifications:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Secondary education and/or technical education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Additional Information** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical plan with co-payment for consultations and exams — extended to legal dependents (spouse and children up to age 18); * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria at VÍNCULA; * Life insurance; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program) agreement; * Workplace gymnastics; * SESI (Social Service for Industry) club membership; * Dental plan; * Pharmacy card; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Day Off; * Mais Cuidado Plan (Physical and Mental Health).
