**Air Conditioning Technician** **Work Location:** Company headquarters in São João Batista neighborhood, São Leopoldo/RS (residence in the region required). **Scope of Work:** Support for retail stores within the network located in the states of RS, SC, and PR, plus occasional support at headquarters. **Employment Type:** PJ or CLT **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems at stores and headquarters; * Carry out installation and replacement of air conditioning equipment as needed; * Work with shopping mall air conditioning systems, primarily fan coil units; * Prepare technical reports documenting service calls and maintenance performed; * Ensure proper operation and efficiency of air conditioning equipment across all network locations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician; * Knowledge of shopping mall air conditioning systems (fan coil); * Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as installation of new equipment; * Availability for frequent travel (RS, SC, and PR); * Valid Brazilian driver's license, category B; * Residence in São Leopoldo or the metropolitan area. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Courses or certifications in air conditioning and refrigeration; * Prior experience servicing retail store networks.
