Description
As a Product Analyst, you will be the eyes and ears of the product and operations teams. Your mission is to transform customer conversations, product usage data, and market signals into clear insights that guide product, sales, and strategic decisions. To achieve this, you will speak with users who interact with the system daily on construction sites, investigate why we win or lose sales opportunities due to product limitations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct interviews and qualitative and quantitative research with customers to map needs, pain points, and expectations regarding the product.
* Analyze system usage data to identify behavioral patterns, underutilized features, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with other teams to understand key conversion drivers and reasons for lost opportunities due to product limitations.
* Monitor the market and competition, bringing relevant references and benchmarks specific to the construction industry.
* Organize and synthesize collected data into reports, dashboards, and presentations that generate actionable insights for product, technology, and executive teams.
* Serve as the liaison between the operations team and other company departments (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product), facilitating communication and aligning priorities based on evidence.

Mandatory Requirements
* Proven experience in market research, user research, or product analysis.
* Skill in conducting interviews and performing qualitative synthesis, with the ability to extract what truly matters from conversations.
* Proficiency in spreadsheets and data visualization tools for structuring and presenting information (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience or knowledge in the construction industry — whether as a professional in the field, working at a construction-related company, or using technical tools such as construction budgeting software.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies, product frameworks (e.g., Jobs to Be Done, OKRs), and tools like Notion, Miro, or Amplitude.
