Support administrative activities to ensure continuity of operations **Posting Period** From July 23, 2026 to July 30, 2026 **Country or region** Brazil **Location** Patos de Minas **Business Unit** Plant Care **Department** Purchasing / Supply chain **Entry date** As soon as possible **Job Status** Permanent \- Full time **Minimal required work experience** 0 to 1 year **Minimal education level required** Bachelor's Degree **Work schedule** 44h **Salary** To be determined **Benefits** Competitive social benefits **PCP Leader** -------------- ### **Main Functions** Ensure the efficiency of the warehouse operation by leading the general activities of planning, production control and analysis of productivity indexes, with methods in production cost chronometry. * Prepare the micro planning of Production according to the transfer of the manager. * Audit internal material counts in the Warehouse and Production sectors. * Lead the operational processes of the PCP department, ensuring timely deliveries * Monitor the goals of the Production site (production volumes), ensuring the assertiveness of the numbers * Control utility demands (water, power and steam), generating data and suggesting improvements * Control the machine hours of the factories, reporting the data monthly to the managers. * Generate KPIs of all Production processes through Power Bi * Provide support in the execution of the administrative activities of the other members of the sector in their absences, ensuring the continuity and adequate progress of operations. \#LI\-DNP ### **Technical skills** Required * English Microsoft Office and Power BI Cost Management, Budgeting, and KPIs Inventory Control and Production Planning \& Control (PPC) ### **Personal abilities** Required * Use of the ERP system Planning and Organization Focus on Results Attention to detail Proactivity and Sense of Urgency Leadership Teamwork ### **Organization** Lallemand is a privately held Canadian company founded in the late 19th century, which develops, produces, and markets microorganisms for various markets.
