Customer service and shift scheduling Perishables (Chilled Goods) Supervisor **Prior work experience required** Responsibilities: Guide, monitor, and resolve issues related to the perishables department (frozen and dairy products); monitor production processes for private-label products; provide customer service; manage departmental shift scheduling; perform substitutions as needed; execute checklists; fulfill all requests from supervision and commercial departments; manage department staff; and handle department-related matters.
