Performance analysis and report generation with actionable insights **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Design, Journalism, Marketing, etc. * Digital marketing: fundamentals, marketing funnel, customer journey. * Social media: best practices for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok; algorithms and trends. * Copywriting and storytelling for content creation. * Graphic design: proficiency in tools such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or alternatives. * Metrics and performance analysis: reach, engagement, conversion, CAC, CTR, etc. * Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially presentations). * CRM and marketing automation (optional but desirable). * Basic knowledge of branding and visual identity. **Responsibilities:** Social Media Management * Development of the monthly content calendar. * Creation of texts, graphics, videos, and scripts. * Content publishing and scheduling. * Monitoring of comments and messages. * Performance analysis and report generation with insights and improvement proposals. Design and Material Production * Creation of visuals for campaigns and digital assets. * Development of materials for the sales team (brochures, e-books, PDFs, nutrition posts). * Layout adaptation according to brand guidelines. Commercial Support * Creation of commercial presentations. * Generation of visual analyses and data to support the sales team's arguments. * Production of content and materials for cadence workflows, emails, and outreach.
