This is a unique opportunity for students with a strong interest in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, offering direct exposure to live transactions alongside senior professionals with international experience. The intern will work side-by-side with analysts, associates, and directors across all stages of transactions—from origination through to closing. **Responsibilities:** * Support in building and reviewing financial models (operational, DCF, LBO, merger models, and sensitivity analyses); * Preparation of transaction marketing materials, including teasers, Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations; * Development of pitchbooks, company profiles, sectoral benchmarks, and comparable analyses (trading and transaction comps); * Support in financial and commercial due diligence processes, including organization of virtual data rooms; * Market research, mapping of potential strategic and financial buyers and investors; * Monitoring of sectoral news, relevant transactions, and macroeconomic indicators impacting operations; Administrative and operational support to the transaction team throughout the deal lifecycle. **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields—with expected graduation in 2027 or 2028; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Availability to intern 30 hours per week; * Availability for in-person internship five (5) days per week at our São Paulo office in the Faria Lima area; * Advanced English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior internship experience at investment banks, strategy consulting firms, Big Four firms, private equity or venture capital firms, or corporate finance departments; * Participation in academic finance leagues, junior enterprises, investment clubs, or finance/M\&A competitions; * Supplementary courses in financial modeling, valuation, or accounting. **Your Journey at A\&M** We recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success—and that is why we prioritize an experience that fosters the unique professional and personal development of each individual.
