Sao Paulo, Brazil \| Full time \| Field\-based \| R1546483 **Job Overview** We are seeking a candidate residing in São Paulo/SP with strong verbal fluency, the ability to manage professionals, and the capability to foster loyalty among the medical community by understanding the benefits our products deliver to patients’ health.**Key Responsibilities** * Lead high-performance teams focused on achieving sales targets. * Develop and implement a visitation plan aligned with productivity and effectiveness KPIs (e.g., panel contact numbers, frequency and sequence of visits, daily visit coverage, objective per visit, etc.). * Understand product promotion and marketing strategies. * Ensure nationwide implementation of product promotion, access, and commercialization strategies. * Ensure adherence to medical visit management metrics in accordance with each brand’s marketing strategy for your team. * Conduct territory diagnostics and guide your team to maximize results. * Analyze sales performance across each territory. * Provide ongoing feedback to the project leader regarding field-level marketing strategy implementation. * Develop sales, communication, and territory management skills within your team. * Hold frequent meetings with clients to present project status against established goals. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Proven success in medical detailing or in commercial or access-related responsibilities within the pharmaceutical industry. * Proven success leading sales teams, medical detailing teams, or sales functions in the pharmaceutical industry. * Ability to develop/teach sales techniques, territory analysis, zone planning, and reporting development for your team. * Willingness and availability to travel. * Valid driver’s license. * Personal vehicle available for use during professional activities. *IQVIA is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
