Execute and plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance services on residential electrical installations, machines, motors, lighting equipment, electrical and electroelectronic devices, power lines, and signal lines (telephone networks and structured cabling), diagnosing faults and failures, performing repairs and replacing components and parts as needed. Conduct measurements and tests using appropriate measurement instruments and specialized tools for electrical installation work. Install, expand, and repair electrical and communication networks and lines. Work in compliance with technical and quality standards and procedures, as well as safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install, assemble, and repair machines, equipment, and electrical power networks, replacing conductors and/or electrical components, in accordance with received instructions and pre-established schedules, applying specific techniques and knowledge relevant to the field of expertise. * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical circuits and installations, communication networks (telephone and structured cabling), and power lines; analyze root causes of faults; disassemble and reassemble components and/or equipment assemblies; replace parts for motors, pumps, fans, and other devices; and conduct operational tests and functional checks. * Respond to emergency situations during assigned shifts by assessing possibilities for immediate repairs or identifying procedures to be performed later, seeking higher-level guidance when necessary. * Inspect electrical panels and switchboards, perform measurements, tighten connections, and clean them to prevent overheating or overloading. * Record time and materials used in service orders to monitor service costs and support future preventive maintenance of machines and equipment. * Read and interpret electrical diagrams (single-line, three-line, multi-line), perform electrical calculations, and use electrical measurement instruments and specialized tools appropriate for electrical installation work, as required. * Perform general electrical services within the institution’s premises, including installing, repairing, and/or replacing luminaires, outlets, power points, wiring, circuit breakers, network points, telephone points, and data points. * Install and maintain telephone distribution panels (DG). * Switch on and off internal and external lighting across areas by operating switches and/or protective, control, and actuation devices for circuits, aiming to reduce electricity consumption and costs while using energy more efficiently. * Carry out and assume responsibility for other related tasks as required by the department. * Supervise outsourced services. * Complete preventive maintenance forms, providing options for resolving identified anomalies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Vocational training course in maintenance electrician, building maintenance electrician, or industrial maintenance electrician (vocational courses must have been conducted in person, with a minimum duration of 320 hours, at an educational institution affiliated with the official Brazilian education system and recognized by the Ministry of Education – MEC); * Certificates for NR 10 (Electrical Safety), Electrical Controls, NR 33 (Confined Spaces), and NR 35 (Work at Heights) training courses. **Additional Information** **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 14:20\. * Monday to Friday, from 22:00 to 06:20\. * Monday to Friday, from 13:40 to 22:00\. * Rotating day off. **SALARY RANGE:** R$ 3\.000,00 \- R$ 3\.300,00\. **BENEFITS:** Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal Voucher (VA) + On-site Meals + Daycare Assistance. **SPDM** – São Paulo Association for the Development of Medicine – is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, officially recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40\.103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8\.911 dated 07/30/1970\.
