Our environment is collaborative, dynamic, and oriented toward professional development. **Job Information** * **Department:** Commercial / E\-commerce * **Level:** Analyst * **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT * **Work Schedule:** Full-time * **Work Model:** On-site * **Location:** Guarulhos – SP * **Salary:** To be discussed **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and execute e\-commerce strategies to increase sales. * Manage operations on platforms such as **Shopee, Mercado Livre, Amazon, and TikTok**. * Supervise product listings, pricing, promotions, and page optimization (SEO, titles, descriptions, images, and videos). * Plan and execute promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. * Support social media management and content strategies (videos, live streams, and partnerships). * Monitor KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and ROI). * Analyze competitors, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns. * Track reviews and feedback to continuously improve customer experience. * Ensure quality of pre- to post-sales customer service. * Lead the e\-commerce team and collaborate closely with procurement, inventory, logistics, finance, and marketing departments. **Requirements** * Experience with e\-commerce platforms and understanding of their algorithms. * Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and leadership capacity.
