Lead, train, and supervise the sales and customer service team. Develop commercial strategies to increase sales and achieve targets. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), revenue, and team productivity. Ensure excellence in customer service and shopping experience. Manage inventory control, stocktaking, and merchandise tracking. Supervise store organization, visual merchandising, and product restocking. Prepare staff work schedules and manage timekeeping. Resolve conflicts and provide daily operational support. Ensure compliance with internal, tax, and duty-free shop procedures. Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor orders and deliveries.
