Management of the parent brand, sub-brands, and the CEO's personal brand. **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for strategic, results-oriented leadership to structure and scale our brand ecosystem. The role involves managing the parent brand, 10 sub-brands, and the CEO's personal brand, with full emphasis on retention, revenue expansion (upsell/cross-sell), and operational efficiency via AI. Key Responsibilities: Build an Integrated Marketing Strategic Plan focused on quarterly goals. Lead omnichannel communication for the active customer base (with emphasis on customer journey). Manage positioning and reputation (Thought Leadership) of the CEO's personal brand. Optimize team and vendor efficiency through performance rituals and automation. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Hard Skills (What you must master): Growth & Revenue Management: Expertise in retention funnels, churn reduction, and cross-sell/upsell strategies. Branding & Multi-Brand Governance: Ability to manage distinct identities under a single parent brand. Data-Driven Marketing: Proficiency in financial and marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, NPS, and Pipeline). Technology & CRM: Proficiency in automation tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) and dashboards (Power BI). AI-Powered Marketing: Practical experience implementing Artificial Intelligence for scale and productivity. Event Management: Planning and governance of corporate events and sponsorships. Soft Skills (Your behavioral profile): Executive Leadership: Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution capability. Influence & Negotiation: Excellent rapport with the Executive Board and stakeholders. Sensitivity & Maturity: Ability to handle sensitive topics (emotional support, NGOs, bereavement).
