REQUIREMENTS: * Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Figma, Canva); * Proficiency in AI tools for design assistance (Claude Design, ChatGPT, and others); * Advanced knowledge of creating **visual artworks and editing videos**; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Organized, agile, and creative individual; * Critical eye for producing sophisticated creatives targeting a high-ticket audience; * Excellent aesthetic sense, with attention to composition, typography, and color usage; * Agility in handling recurring tasks and tight deadlines without compromising quality; * Ability to adapt ideas to different formats and audiences; ADDITIONAL ASSETS: * Basic marketing knowledge; * Prior experience in the medical and aesthetics niche; * Previous experience managing high volumes of creative requests; * Experience with ClickUp; * Experience with Google Drive; * Knowledge of AI; * Performance-oriented creativity: clear communication for conversion;
