Key responsibilities: * Listing creation, updating, and management on marketplaces; * Monitoring product and campaign performance; * Tracking sales indicators, metrics, and KPIs; * Analyzing competition, pricing, and portfolio; * Supporting advertisement optimization and commercial strategies; * Integrating and monitoring orders via ERP and integration hubs; * Liaising with Logistics, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure optimal channel operations. Desired qualifications: * Experience with marketplaces such as Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Dafiti, and similar platforms; * Knowledge of ERP or integration hubs, such as Bling (or equivalent); * Intermediate-level Excel or Google Sheets; * Familiarity with metric analysis, performance tracking, and benchmarking. Ideal candidate profile: * Organized and detail-oriented; * Skilled at interpreting data and identifying improvement opportunities; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; * Proactive, agile, and continuously eager to learn.
