We provide recruitment, selection, and talent development services for companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Develop strategic communication and marketing plans aligned with client and agency objectives; Conduct market, competitor, and target audience analysis (personas, customer journeys, and brand perception); Create positioning statements and creative concepts to guide campaigns and content initiatives; Plan communication timelines, 360° campaigns, product launches, and integrated actions; Lead briefing sessions, brainstorming meetings, and strategic presentations; Collaborate with media and BI teams to define KPIs, goals, and performance metrics; Actively participate in defining brand identity and narrative for clients and agency projects; Stay updated on trends, innovation, and consumer behavior. Previous experience as a Communication Strategist, Communication Planning Coordinator, Media Planning Analyst, or Strategic Communication Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
