West Telco Brasil distributes collaboration, communication, and corporate technology solutions, partnering with global manufacturers and strategic partners to expand these solutions in the Brazilian market through a qualified partner ecosystem. We expect a commercially oriented candidate with market vision and the ability to develop and activate partners, directly contributing to ecosystem expansion **and revenue growth through the channel.** We seek a professional with proven experience in **recruiting and activating new partners**, capable of building and expanding a channel ecosystem—not merely managing existing partners. The role is based on-site in São Paulo, with constant interaction with sales, marketing, and strategic partner teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, recruit, and activate new strategic partners (resellers, system integrators, and consulting firms) * Develop and execute West Telco Brasil’s channel strategy, expanding the partner network and strengthening the indirect sales ecosystem * Develop business plans with partners to generate pipeline and drive revenue growth * Develop and strengthen partner relationships, ensuring partner engagement and continuous development of new business opportunities * Collaborate with partners on strategic opportunities, supporting solution positioning and commercial negotiations * Design and implement partner incentive, training, and enablement programs * Collaborate with marketing and the sales team to generate demand via the channel * Track partner-originated opportunities jointly with the sales team, supporting opportunity progression and collaborating with the sales team through to closure * Organize executive meetings, trainings, and enablement initiatives to strengthen the channel **Candidate Profile** * Experience in the B2B technology market * Experience in indirect sales or channel management * Experience or exposure to technology distributors * Prior relationships with resellers or system integrators in the Brazilian market * Ability to develop and expand a partner network in the Brazilian market * Proven experience generating business opportunities through partners * Strong negotiation and commercial relationship-building skills * Organizational skills for opportunity management and performance tracking * Collaborative mindset for integrated work with sales, marketing, and product teams * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and lean organizational structure * Ability to operate hands\-on in building and activating partners within an entrepreneurial environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in technology distribution * Familiarity with manufacturer channel programs * Experience in developing partner ecosystems **Languages** * Intermediate or advanced English * Intermediate Spanish (preferred) If you have channel development experience and wish to contribute to the expansion of West Telco Brasil’s partner ecosystem, we invite you to apply.
