Collaborate with other departments to fulfill internal requests * **Job Description:** Assist in the company's general procurement process, including purchase request entry, data input for quotation procedures, and purchase order issuance. Support inventory management by monitoring material replenishment needs. Support delivery deadline tracking. Organize, archive, and maintain up-to-date procurement records. Collaborate with other company departments to ensure internal request fulfillment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; organized, proactive, punctual, and focused; * Preferred: Technical training in Administration and/or Marketing. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (1-hour lunch break).
