The professional will be responsible for handling meats, ensuring product quality, and delivering courteous service to customers. **Responsibilities:** * Cut and prepare meats according to established standards. * Maintain sector organization and hygiene, complying with sanitary regulations. * Serve customers by providing information on cuts and preparation suggestions. * Monitor product quality and storage. * Assist in counter restocking and inventory control (cold room). **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is preferred. * Knowledge of specialty cuts and meat handling. * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. * **Availability to work from 2:40 PM to 11:00 PM on a rotating 2-on/1-off schedule (Sunday to Sunday, with one fixed weekly day off, and every third Sunday off after working two consecutive Sundays).** If you have industry experience and wish to join a dynamic team, apply now!
