Come be Guarida—where **everything we do is to help you live better!** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- * Manage the learning platform, including creation, editing, and publishing of educational content, as well as organizing learning paths and managing users; * Monitor and analyze training and course performance indicators, tracking engagement, outcomes, and supporting decision-making and initiative prioritization; * Plan, organize, and execute training activities, programs, and events, ensuring full logistics, communication, invitations, and supporting materials; identify training needs across departments, contributing to the planning of development initiatives aligned with business demands; * Manage procurement of courses, trainings, and event tickets, interfacing with suppliers and controlling departmental demand; * Develop educational and institutional content, including videos, supporting materials, and internal communications related to training initiatives; * Support training promotion efforts in collaboration with internal communications and marketing teams; * Design and implement engagement initiatives, including gamification programs, leaderboard management, award administration, and giveaway organization; * Plan and execute institutional and culture programs, ensuring proper organization and implementation of activities; * Collaborate with various company departments to promote development initiatives aligned with business needs; * Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, analyzing results and proposing continuous improvements to development programs; * Support management in organizing, planning, and monitoring Training and Development initiatives, providing information, controls, and decision-making support. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Completed Bachelor’s degree * Prior experience in this role Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:20 to 17:50 * Work Location: Petrópolis Agency/Porto Alegre.
