Responsibilities and Duties * Program the digital irrigation panel, setting timing, water volume, and frequency to ensure optimal seedling moisture; * Distribute irrigation tubing according to the needs of each seedbed, ensuring uniformity; * Periodically monitor seedbed moisture levels, adjusting settings per plant species to guarantee ideal development; * Prepare fertilizers by diluting them in water tanks, following pre\-established recipes for automatic distribution via irrigation pumps. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed elementary education; * Experience with irrigation or agricultural activities is a plus; * Availability to work rotating shifts (6 days on / 2 days off) in Caieiras – SP.
