Support in digital positioning strategies Position: Social Media / Videomaker (Real Estate Agency) – **On-site CLT** Location: Brasília \- DF Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: R$ 2\.000,00 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Allowance About the Opportunity We are a growing real estate agency seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on professional to lead the company’s entire digital front. In addition to managing the agency’s brand, this person will also be responsible for building and strengthening the director’s personal brand—the face of the business. If you enjoy creating content, filming, editing, and seeing direct results in a brand’s growth, this position is for you. Main Responsibilities * Full management of the real estate agency’s and the director’s personal brand social media accounts * Planning, creation, and publication of content * Photo and video capture (on-site recordings) * Video editing (Reels, Stories, commercial videos, and institutional videos) * Image and digital material editing * Support in developing digital positioning strategies * Production of content tailored to the real estate market Candidate Profile * Creativity and strong aesthetic sense * Organization and discipline regarding deadlines * Proactivity (bringing ideas and solutions, not just executing tasks) * Strong communication skills * Ease with filming and scene direction * Interest in professional growth Requirements * Experience in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools) * Basic/intermediate knowledge of social media platforms * Availability for on-site work in Guarulhos Advantages (not mandatory but preferred) * Experience in marketing for real estate agencies * Background in the real estate market or content creation for real estate agents/agencies * Basic knowledge of copywriting and sales strategies Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.999,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per week Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
