We believe diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to creating a safe environment that delivers innovative and efficient outcomes for our people and society. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Responsibilities** * Define and evolve the **corporate Information Security strategy**, aligned with OLX Group’s business objectives. * Lead and develop teams across **AppSec, Cloud Security, SecOps, GRC, and IAM**, fostering a modern and pragmatic security culture. * Serve as the **primary executive point of contact** for security matters with leadership, product, engineering, data, legal, and compliance teams. * Establish and monitor **KPIs and maturity metrics** (e.g., risks, incidents, SLAs, automation, control coverage). * Conduct **risk management**, threat modeling, and impact assessments for new products, features, and partnerships. * Ensure compliance with **LGPD, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI\-DSS**, and other relevant frameworks and regulations. * Lead the strategy for **prevention, detection, and incident response**, including crisis plans and simulations. * Define and prioritize investments in **security tools, automation, and architecture** (DevSecOps, Zero Trust, cloud\-native security). * Influence and accelerate the **adoption of security-by-design practices** within product and engineering teams. * Collaborate with FinOps, Data, and Engineering to balance **security, efficiency, and speed**. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Requirements** * Proven experience in **leading Information Security teams** within technology companies, marketplaces, or complex digital environments. * Strong expertise in **AWS cloud security**, modern architectures, and distributed systems. * Hands-on experience in **securing digital products**, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines. * Practical experience in **risk management, compliance, and audits**. * Demonstrated ability in **executive communication**, influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strategic mindset grounded in data, risk, and business impact. * Experience in agile, high-scale, and rapidly growing environments. **Additional Information** **More about OLX Group:** Operating in Brazil since 2010, OLX Group aims to empower people to achieve their dreams by reinventing consumption models.
