The role involves validating the technical and legal feasibility of sites, ensuring process management through to deed registration. Additionally, the assistant will directly contribute to building a pipeline of strategic assets, supporting revenue generation and Onevo’s operational expansion. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and analyzing land suitable for solar projects; Direct negotiation and acquisition of land, from initial contact to closing; Legal regularization and document management up to deed registration; Pre-development of projects and preliminary feasibility analyses; Financial viability assessment and liaison with financial institutions; Stakeholder management (landowners, real estate agencies, partners, and internal teams).
