We are looking for a Commercial Expansion Analyst to identify, negotiate, and acquire strategic commercial locations, as well as lead franchise sales negotiations with potential investors—ensuring every new AllpFit unit is positioned in high-potential locations and aligned with our growth strategy. Hard Skills Proven experience in franchise expansion and/or commercial real estate; Track record of closing high-value B2B deals; Prospecting and negotiating commercial locations (greenfield or conversion); Technical and commercial feasibility analysis of properties for new units; Willingness to travel. Soft Skills Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across different departments. High-performance profile, with an owner’s mindset and results orientation. Negotiation and commercial transaction capabilities.
