The Financial Controller position will be responsible for leading the company's financial planning, control, and analysis, ensuring governance, operational efficiency, and strategic support for business decisions. The professional will work directly in the civil construction and real estate development sector, focusing on MCMV projects, requiring strong knowledge of the program’s regulations, financing models, and sector-specific cash flow characteristics. Requirements * Proven experience in controller roles within the civil construction/real estate development sector. * In-depth knowledge of the MCMV program, including its income brackets, financing rules, and fund disbursement mechanisms. * Proficiency in construction budgeting, S-curves, cost composition, and management systems (e.g., Sienge). * Strong analytical capability and expertise in Excel/Power BI. * Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations applicable to the real estate sector. * Experience in economic feasibility analysis and financial modeling. Differentiators * Experience in vertical real estate development. * Experience in companies managing multiple concurrent projects. * Experience implementing ERP systems in the sector. **Minimum Education:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
