Apply now and help us build the next chapter together.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate **budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections**, ensuring consistency and adherence to deadlines. Consolidate and analyze **management results**, performance per project/construction site, and **budget vs. actuals**, identifying variances and risks. Support analyses of **economic-financial feasibility** and investment decisions. Develop, monitor, and standardize **financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs)**. Prepare **management reports and executive materials** to support leadership decision-making. Collaborate closely with **engineering, planning, sales, accounting, and treasury**, linking numbers to operations. Support **cash flow planning and monitoring**, in coordination with Treasury. Ensure **information quality, internal controls, and compliance with policies**. Coordinate and guide the team, promoting organization, prioritization, and technical development. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering**. Postgraduate degree or MBA in **Finance, Controller Functions, Business Management, or related fields** (preferred). Solid knowledge of **controller functions, financial planning and analysis (FP&A)**. Experience with **budgeting, forecasting, and budget vs. actuals monitoring**. Knowledge of **construction costs, project-based management, and Special Purpose Entities (SPEs)**. Proficiency in **financial and management indicators**. Familiarity with **management income statements (DRE), projected cash flow, and economic-financial feasibility studies**. Interaction with **accounting, auditing, and internal controls**. Advanced Excel skills and experience with **ERP systems** (e.g., Sienge, SAP, TOTVS, or similar). Experience in **developing management reports and executive presentations**.
