Job Summary: A direct sales professional focused on high-value-added products, responsible for developing a client portfolio, serving specification consultants, and interpreting architectural drawings to provide solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Serve specification consultants (architects, engineers, designers) 2. Interpret architectural drawings and provide appropriate solutions 3. Act as a product specialist with mastery of the solutions HIGH-VALUE-ADDED PRODUCT **Create commercial opportunities together with management** **Develop a portfolio for direct factory sales** **Serve specification consultants (architects, engineers, designers, construction companies)** **Interpret architectural drawings and provide solutions aligned with the client's technical requirements; customer service and relationship management; prospecting, qualification, and closing of business deals** **Act as a product specialist with mastery of the offered solutions** **Review quotations, negotiate, and close sales** **Professionals with experience in customer service and sales from real estate agencies, banks, retail, and other sectors** Requirements: **Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales of HIGH-VALUE-ADDED products.** **Practical experience in commercial roles is desirable; strong verbal fluency and motivation to sell** **Advantages: Bachelor’s degree or courses in Business Administration, Architecture, or Engineering** **Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (desirable)** **Knowledge of custom-made products (partitions, doors, furniture, corporate furnishings) is an advantage** **We seek an ambitious profile with availability for commercial visits** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Meal Allowance License/Certification: * Brazilian National Driver’s License Category B (Preferred)
