**Key Responsibilities:** \- Proactively and personally attend to and understand customers' needs, ensuring a unique and humanized experience. \- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of OnLauri products, including collections, fabrics, trends, and exclusives, reinforcing the value and quality of each item. \- Act as a fashion consultant, offering outfit suggestions and combining pieces that align with each customer's style and preferences. \- Achieve and exceed store sales targets, directly contributing to the brand's and physical store's growth. \- Maintain store organization and aesthetics, ensuring the environment reflects OnLauri's visual identity and quality standards. \- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new collections, promotions, and campaigns. \- Carry out after-sales processes, monitoring customer satisfaction and maintaining relationships that strengthen loyalty. \- Act responsibly and committed throughout all stages of the sales process, adhering to internal policies and OnLauri's ethical principles. \- Collaborate with the team and demonstrate communication skills, empathy, and proactivity, fostering a harmonious work environment.
