Technical Sales Representative (Cascavel Region) We are hiring a Technical Sales Representative to work in Cascavel and surrounding areas. Operating radius: approximately 300 km around Cascavel-PR. Responsibilities include proactive client prospecting, preparing quotations, reporting, and monitoring construction projects regarding product application. Valid driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel frequently are required. Candidates must reside in Cascavel, nearby regions, or be willing to relocate there. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields (mandatory requirement). Selected candidates will receive technical training at the factory in Cachoeirinha-RS (1 week). -Fixed remuneration with Civil Engineering degree: R$5.500,00 Without degree: R$4.160,00 Minimum commission for 12 months: R$2.000,00 (for 1 year), applicable when commission does not exceed this amount. Recurring customer bonus for new or reactivated clients: R$200.00 starting from the 2nd sale, with a minimum order value of R$10,000, valid for 1 year! Company car + R$35.00 daily meal allowance on business days. Monthly expense allowance: R$2.000,00 (for 1 year), applicable when commission does not exceed this amount.
