CLEANING ASSISTANT

Description

Perform cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of all company areas, guaranteeing a clean, organized, and safe environment for customers and employees, in accordance with the standards and routines established by the organization. Carry out cleaning and maintenance of internal and external areas (lounges, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, cafeterias, hallways, etc.); * Restock hygiene supplies (paper, soap, alcohol, etc.); * Properly handle cleaning equipment and products in compliance with safety regulations; * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately, following waste separation guidelines (general and recyclable); * Ensure proper care and maintenance of cleaning materials and equipment; * Support organizing spaces for special occasions, events, or inspections; * Report any irregularities or maintenance needs in the workplace to the responsible person; * Strictly adhere to occupational safety, hygiene, and industry best practices. Technical Competencies: * Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitization techniques; * Understanding of handling and diluting cleaning products; * Ability to operate simple equipment (brooms, mops, squeegees, vacuum cleaners, floor polishers – if required); * Knowledge of proper waste disposal and use of PPE.
