Responsibilities and duties: **Responsibilities** * Drive customer success through market knowledge and Segware solutions * Guide customers with materials and knowledge on optimal use and approaches of Segware solutions * Create automations and steps to advance the customer journey alongside Segware * Maintain proactive contact with Segware's customer base to foster close relationships * Act as the leader across Segware departments in resolving any adverse situations experienced by customers * Stay updated on the latest trends in the electronic security market Requirements and qualifications: **Requirements** * At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service roles * At least 6 months of experience using Customer Success tools such as Sensedata, CustomerX, Partnero, etc. * Knowledge of implementation processes, technical support, customer experience, customer centricity, etc. * Knowledge/experience in the electronic security market * Knowledge/experience with Segware solutions * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) * Must reside in: Belém, Rio Branco, Acre, Manaus, Porto Velho, Boa Vista, Palmas, or Macapá.
