Operates the cash register and maintains environmental organization **Role: Store Assistant / Cashier** The Store Assistant / Cashier is responsible for supporting store operations, ensuring organization, high-quality customer service, and adherence to internal procedures. Key responsibilities include: Store Operations * Assist in **store opening and/or closing**, according to the established work schedule. * Ensure compliance with operational hours and routines. * Maintain execution of **operational standards**, including store organization and layout. Pricing and Product Control * Ensure **correct product pricing**, following internal procedures. * Contribute to controlling **expired or damaged goods**, performing system write-offs. * Request and monitor removal of such items with the purchasing department. Customer Service and Sales * Deliver **high-quality and courteous customer service**. * Work directly at the **POS (Point of Sale)**. * Support and monitor implementation of store action plans. * Execute **promotional campaign sales**. Cash Register Operations * Perform **cash register opening and closing**. * Verify and organize change for daily transactions. * Ensure accurate execution of financial transactions in the system. Organization and Cleaning * Keep the **cash register clean and organized**. * Organize and maintain cleanliness across store floor sections. This role requires organization, attention to detail, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills, directly contributing to efficient store operations and customer satisfaction.
