We’re looking for **Software Engineers** who want to solve complex, large-scale problems, take end-to-end ownership, and help elevate the technical bar across the entire organization. We don’t seek someone merely to implement features—we seek professionals who help shape the future of our platform. **The Challenge** Work on critical systems supporting millions of customers, contributing to the evolution of financial products used daily by people across Brazil. We expect you to deeply understand business challenges, propose simple solutions to complex problems, and positively influence the company’s technical decisions. You’ll have space to operate autonomously, take ownership, and drive real impact on our product evolution and architecture. Here, engineering isn’t a support function—it’s central to the business strategy! **What You’ll Do** * Lead high-complexity software projects technically—from conception through production deployment. * Develop scalable solutions using Python and FastAPI, and GO (desirable). * Participate in architectural decisions and technological evolution of the platform. * Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Business teams to understand problems and generate real impact. * Build resilient, observable systems prepared for continuous growth. * Conduct code reviews and contribute to evolving engineering standards. * Mentor fellow engineers and help raise the team’s technical bar. * Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and productivity. Operate with an owner mindset—monitoring application health even after deployment. * **What We’re Looking For** * Solid experience as a Senior Software Engineer. * Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems design, and engineering best practices. * Experience with Python and FastAPI. * Familiarity with REST APIs. * Experience with cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform). * Exposure to Event-Driven and Serverless architectures. * Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and production troubleshooting. * Experience with automated testing and modern quality practices. * Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate across disciplines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex problems. * **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in fintechs or the financial industry. * Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ or similar). * Experience with high-scale, highly available systems. * Experience with observability platforms and SRE practices. * Contributions to technical communities or open-source projects.
