Key responsibilities include ensuring service quality for suppliers and buyers, implementing controls, auditing support services, and introducing new processes through the Relationship Center (RC). RC activities include: issuing scrap collection invoices, updating price and freight tables, updating supplier payment data, correcting contracts, updating payment and financing data, registering new suppliers, managing scrap collection logistics, etc. Key activities: Implement new processes and controls for the Metals Relationship Center; Manage the third-party company’s contract and associated costs, and report performance and quality indicators to the Planning and Marketing Management; Ensure quality, SLA, and cost-efficiency of Metals back-office processes; Develop processes to improve service levels for suppliers; Manage and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements for the Metals area; Responsible for granting and managing SAP system access for the Metals process; Lead the improvement squad for Metals SAP processes; **Requirements and qualifications** Prerequisites: Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Process Management, and/or related areas; Negotiation and influence skills across diverse audiences; Proficiency and ease in developing and analyzing process performance indicators; Analytical thinking with ability to drive high-impact discussions focused on results; Strong organizational and self-management skills; Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint; Proactive problem-solving and agility in decision-making. **Additional information** Health insurance (AM/AO), meal voucher, food allowance, life insurance, profit-sharing program (PLR) At Selpe Gente e Gestão, we believe every career is unique and that every professional journey deserves to be built with purpose and the right connections. **We specialize in matching talent with opportunities that truly make sense.
