What matters most is that you enjoy challenges, work well in teams, embrace our culture, and share our mission of connecting every Brazilian to their own universe. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as a strategic partner to business areas on compensation-related topics, ensuring alignment with the company’s internal policies and practices. * Support managers and client areas in people movement processes, including promotions, merit evaluations, transfers, job classifications, and organizational structure changes. * Contribute analyses, studies, and recommendations to support strategic compensation area projects. * Conduct payroll budget analyses, tracking movements, hires, terminations, and financial impacts related to payroll and organizational structure. * Support the development, maintenance, and implementation of fixed and variable compensation policies, guidelines, and programs. * Prepare reports, KPIs, and executive presentations to support decision-making. * Collaborate across various company departments, such as Business Partners, HR Administration, Finance, and business leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience in compensation, organizational structure, and people movement processes. * Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, such as Mercer and/or WTW (Towers Watson). * Experience with payroll budgeting and analysis of financial impacts related to organizational structure.
