Our mission is to be proactive—anticipating the future—and consultative—identifying market evolution opportunities—through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques combined with novel data sources. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a central role in the team, applying your programming and LLM expertise to lead AI projects technically alongside engineering and business teams. Key Responsibilities: * Propose and implement AI applications using Vector Databases, LLMs, Single Agents, and Multi-Agents—covering the full cycle: experimentation, validation, production, and evolution. * Collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product, and Business teams to understand needs, suggest data-driven solutions, and positively influence project direction; * Continuously explore new data sources and technical advancements; * Stay updated on the latest research and developments in GenAI; * Present results and recommendations to stakeholders and executive teams; * Design data-driven product development roadmaps aligned with business needs; * Conduct experiments and tests in an agile manner to reach conclusive decisions. What We’re Looking For: * Solid experience with Python; * Knowledge of GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Agno, or equivalents; * Prior experience building enterprise products based on LLMs and agents; * Experience with RAG architectures; * Implementation of tool calling, MCPs, and orchestration of external capabilities; * Knowledge of AI Observability; * Experience in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure); * Experience with code versioning; * Collaboration and teamwork; * Continuous learning; * Advanced English; * Availability for hybrid work (2 days per week) in São Paulo/SP (Chácara Santo Antônio). **Qualifications** ------------------ * Python * LLM * GenAI * Coding **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
