Main Responsibilities: * Conduct asset protection surveillance within the condominium premises * Perform periodic preventive patrols * Monitor access points and identify risky situations * Ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and assets Requirements: * Completed high school education * Valid Security Guard certification with up-to-date refresher training * Active National Security Registration (CNV) * Driver's license category A/B * Basic computer skills * Attentive, responsible, and committed professional profile Work Schedule: * 12-hour shifts followed by 36 hours off (12x36 rotation) * Positions available for both daytime and nighttime shifts Benefits and Advantages: * Hazard pay allowance: 30% * Night shift allowance: 20% (when applicable) * Meal voucher: BRL 42.00 per working day * Food basket: BRL 208.45 * Driver allowance: 10% * Team leader allowance: 12% * Transportation voucher Interested candidates should submit their resumes and join a team committed to excellence and security.
