This role will play a pivotal part in driving the sales strategy, reinforcing the commercial methodology, and delivering a consultative, high-value experience to our customers. **Responsibilities** * Translate corporate goals into store-level objectives and monitor daily performance indicators (KPIs). * Lead, develop, and motivate the sales consultant team, fostering an environment focused on high performance and consultative service. * Ensure execution of commercial campaigns and product launches, translating Marketing and Product strategies for the sales team. * Develop and reinforce the store’s sales methodology, structuring routines for customer approach, diagnosis, negotiation, and closing. * Monitor the local market and competition, identifying trends and commercial opportunities. * Plan and organize the sales team’s work schedules according to the store’s customer traffic. * Manage daily sales rhythm by monitoring the sales funnel and ensuring revenue growth. * Guide the team toward selling higher-value products, services, and solutions, optimizing mix and profitability. * Ensure implementation of the **Sales Attitude** methodology, providing continuous feedback, coaching, and team development.
