Job Summary: Security professional responsible for access control, security system monitoring, public service, and ensuring safety in a residential condominium. Key Highlights: 1. Use of computerized concierge systems WE HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY IN THE SECURITY AREA (CONCIERGE) ️ Shift Schedule: 12x36 (day and night shifts) Base Salary: R$ 2.031,57 ️ Meal Voucher: R$ 26.03 per day Basic Food Basket: R$ 205.91 Transportation Voucher Medical Plan Dental Plan Work Location: Residential condominium \- South Zone \| Downtown Main Responsibilities: * Control vehicle, person, and material entries and exits. * Monitor electronic security systems. * Record entries and exits of residents, visitors, and service providers. * Answer telephones and intercoms. * Serve and provide information to internal and external public. * Receive packages and correspondence. * Authorize and monitor access for people and vehicles. * Ensure access is granted only to authorized people and vehicles. * Immediately report any suspicious activity and/or behavior. * Public service, ensuring friendly and efficient interaction; * Operate computerized concierge systems using appropriate software and tools; * Handle fast-paced routines and be prepared for adverse situations; * Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with residents, visitors, and vendors; * Demonstrate commitment to the condominium’s established rules and procedures. Requirements: * Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure high-quality service to residents and visitors; * Basic computer knowledge for operating access control systems; * Prior experience as a Concierge or in roles involving public service; * Familiarity with and understanding of computerized concierge routines.
