Join us to BE PART OF THIS STORY! **Responsibilities and Duties** **About this opportunity:** As an **Operations Coordinator** at Soul Malls, you will: * Ensure shopping center quality, technical areas, infrastructure, and equipment through the quality team, identifying demands and segregating them into corrective and/or preventive actions. * Execute and control expenses approved by Management (purchases, facilities contracts, materials, etc.), analyzing the budget and performing forecasting to carry out expenses and revenues as planned. * Participate in the Condominium Committee to define condominium fees (electricity, water, common and specific charges). * Coordinate, together with the Projects team, construction projects for new tenants or the shopping center to ensure project execution, using operational manuals. * Participate in the annual strategic planning process to define priorities and prepare the shopping center budget (parking and condominium, excluding security and administration). * Handle crisis situations, interacting with external stakeholders (customers), internal stakeholders (tenants and store employees), and administrative staff and service providers, representing the shopping center when necessary. * Identify improvement opportunities aimed at operational and energy efficiency, thereby reducing expenses without compromising quality. * Perform other duties compatible with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Requirement(s):** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. * Experience in building maintenance. * Experience managing teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. **Desirable Technical Requirement(s):** * Specialization in the field of expertise. * Experience in shopping center operations (a differentiator). * Experience in budgeting and strategic planning. **Behavioral Requirement(s):** * Leadership. * ****Analytical ability. * Customer focus. * Problem solving. * Sense of urgency. * Process orientation. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** CLT; **Work Mode:** On\-site; **Working Hours and Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Our Benefits:** In addition to working at a company experiencing constant growth and focused on talent development, here you’ll also enjoy: Meal allowance and grocery voucher; Transportation voucher; Health and dental plans; Birthday day\-off to celebrate; Life insurance. **Want to know more?
