Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals—and even more about yourself.** **Responsibilities and Assignments** **DATA:** GS O Location: Itatinga Applications until: 05/26/2026 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Responsible for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of forest harvesting machines * Responsible for diesel refueling and lubrication (grease and oils) of forest machines and equipment across harvesting modules * Perform intermediate-level preventive and corrective maintenance services in accordance with operational procedures, complying with safety and socio-environmental standards * Participate in Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and Monthly Safety Meetings (DDM) within modules * Conduct shift handovers, informing the team of machine status * Accurately complete maintenance documentation (Work Orders, plans, and labels) * Ensure reconditioned parts are available in perfect cleanliness and organizational condition for transport * Analyze recurring failures to reduce their incidence * Guide and train operators on minor equipment repairs * Participate in failure analysis groups, applying root cause analysis methodology * Perform welding and mechanical turning services when authorized and qualified * Operate mobile workshop trucks across modules using defensive driving techniques * Safeguard resources allocated for activity execution * Know and apply certified system standards (quality, environment, occupational health and safety) * Load, control, and distribute fuel and lubricants using a mobile tank (tractor and/or convoy truck) * Perform lubrication on forest harvesting equipment * Record consumption per machine and log anomalies * Serve as a role model for safe behavior * Encourage safety practices and proactive team care * Promote strict adherence to safety procedures * Encourage appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the right to refuse unsafe work conditions * Ensure effective incident communication and implementation of corrective actions **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Proactive; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Driver’s License Class D or higher * Experience operating heavy machinery (forest machinery preferred) * Knowledge of basic mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics * Technical education (mechanics/electrical) * Willingness to travel and relocate Reside in Itatinga * **Additional Information** **WE OFFER MUCH MORE THAN PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** Healthcare: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance plans; Meal Voucher (VR) or Company Cafeteria, Grocery Allowance (VA), plus an additional VA at year-end; We understand fixed income is important—but beyond that, we offer extra income through our Annual Variable Compensation Program; For your future preparation, we provide Private Pension; We practice home office in corporate areas, flexible working hours, and a casual dress code; To generate and share value, we offer E-learning courses and training via our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, something is only good for us if it’s also good for the world!
