For us, the client is the reason, and through the care we provide, we ensure the company’s long-term sustainability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive maintenance services on hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical installations; * Inspect and diagnose failures in building systems; * Conduct maintenance on air conditioning, pumping, electrical networks, and other building systems; * Ensure compliance with safety standards during service execution; * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and resolve infrastructure issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of hydraulic systems and ability to perform minor hydraulic repairs; * Technical knowledge in hydraulics, electricity, and mechanics; * Experience in building maintenance and infrastructure systems; * Ability to diagnose failures in equipment and installations; * Availability for occasional on-call assignments. **Additional Information** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance With expertise in large-scale mixed-use projects, JHSF is responsible for nationally recognized developments such as Parque Cidade Jardim (São Paulo).
