We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Loss Prevention team. Your mission will be to ensure the accuracy of operational processes—from goods receipt through stock audit—guaranteeing compliance with company standards and minimizing losses. Key Responsibilities Process Auditing: Verify and file receiving checklists, ensuring that physical and system-based goods receipts and dispatches are accurate. Inventory and Stock Management: Conduct rotating inventories (especially for perishables) and verify dispatched transfers, reporting discrepancies to the Commercial Department. Expiration Date Control (PVPS): Monitor expiration schedules to ensure products nearing expiry receive promotional emphasis or are removed from sale in a timely manner. Merchandise Recovery: Sort and record returns and exchanges, consistently aiming to recover items and reduce shrinkage.
