Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring tenant and shopping center-owned construction works, performing inspection, management, and coordination of renovations. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and supervision of tenant and in-house construction works. 2. Management of new store onboarding and coordination of renovations. 3. Liaison with tenants and contractors regarding documentation and projects. * **JOB MISSION** Responsible for monitoring tenant and shopping center-owned construction works; Maintain the map library organized and up to date; Serve as liaison with tenants and contractors during construction periods, send and receive required documentation, prepare sketches and projects requested by the Commercial and Maintenance Departments; Support operations during maintenance supervisors’ absences and vacations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Inspect construction works; Manage onboarding of new stores; Act as facilitator and coordinate renovations of existing stores; Control access for construction teams; Inspect construction phases and approvals; Control installation of construction hoardings; Adjust construction notices displayed on hoardings; Control entry and exit of kiosks; Monitor and supervise tenants’ internal maintenance activities, including painting, lamp replacement, plumbing repairs, and metalwork repairs; Issue daily construction work and/or incident reports; Maintain and manage hoarding-related records; Dark mall test **OBSERVATIONS** --------------- Advanced Excel proficiency Intermediate PowerPoint proficiency Fundamentals of construction maintenance Preferred Qualification: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
