We are looking for a **Junior Marketing Analyst** to strengthen our team with creative and strategic initiatives that connect our brand with both internal and external audiences. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Creating folders, presentations, and promotional materials; * Developing advertising and institutional campaigns; * Producing endomarketing and internal communication content; * Supporting the organization of celebratory events and special dates; * Assisting with the company’s marketing strategies. **What we expect from you:** * Creativity, organization, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team; * Proactivity and eagerness to learn and grow with us. **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related fields (or currently pursuing); * Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar); * Ability to write compelling copy and create visual content; * Prior experience in endomarketing and promotional campaigns is desirable.
